Residential cleaning team lead/ supervisor

Supervise cleaning staff, ensuring they adhere to company standards and safety guidelines. Perform regular inspections to maintain quality control and ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to satisfaction. Address client concerns and feedback promptly and professionally. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing safety protocols and practices. Report to upper management on operational performance, suggesting improvements when necessary. Must have a valid Class A driver's license to facilitate transportation of cleaning crew, equipment and supplies as needed. Successful completion of a criminal record check, as we prioritize the safety and security of our clients and employees. Proven experience in the cleaning industry is an asset. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues diplomatically.
