Sr Coord Property & Fleet

Reporting to the Property and Fleet Manager, Sr. Projects & Fleet Coordinator supports the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and improvement of the organization’s property and fleet portfolio. Primary point of contact for maintenance and property-related requests and has responsibility for coordinating contractors, work orders, property inspections, and preventative maintenance activities. The role also provides tenant and lease administration support and assists with the planning and delivery of renovation, accessibility, and capital improvement projects. An emphasis on functional and welcoming environments, the coordinator applies interior design and space planning knowledge to property improvements while developing increased responsibility in property, tenancy, and project management.
