The Concorde Production Kitchen, working out of National on 8th, is looking for a Prep Cook to fill out their team on full-time permanent contract. We are looking for a motivated, hard-working individual to join our Production team in a mid to entry-level position with opportunities for growth. This is a physically demanding role that involves large-batch food preparation, basic butchery, stock making, and general production tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the culinary industry, develop valuable skills, and learn from an experienced team in a fast-paced production environment.
