Manager, Commercial Funding

The Commercial Funding Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day commercial and multi-family mortgage funding operations, ensuring funding transactions are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with established legal, credit, regulatory, and operational requirements. This role serves as a subject matter expert for complex and high-risk funding transactions, provides leadership and coaching to the Commercial Funding team, and partners with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, mitigate risk, and maintain service excellence. The incumbent also supports performance management, process improvement initiatives, and the ongoing development of team capabilities.
