The Retail Store Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of Brandt Sports & Entertainment's ('BSE') retail operations - including both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce channels - with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, achieving sales and profitability targets, and upholding the integrity of the BSE brand. Reporting to the Director of Merchandise, the Retail Store Manager plays a key role in driving merchandise strategy, managing daily operations, leading a high-performing retail team, and ensuring that the in-store and online shopping experiences reflect the same energy, pride, and professionalism that define BSE's sports and entertainment brands.
