Early Childhood Educator - Executive Director

- ECE Level III Certification preferred (or ECE Level I/II with a valid exemption). - Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. - Current First Aid/CPR Certification. - Current Food Safe Certification preferred. - Current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search. - Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Demonstrated ability to work independently under the direction of a Board of Directors. - Experience in a licensed childcare setting and supervisory/management experience are strong assets. - Knowledge of Saskatchewan childcare regulations, licensing requirements, grant administration are an asset. - Experience with budgeting, and human resource management preferred. - Valid Saskatchewan Drivers Licence is an asset.
