As Supervisor, Mine Operations (Development), you will be responsible for the daily planning, organization and follow-up of ramp and lateral development crews at Young-Davidson, one of Canada’s largest underground gold mines. Reporting to the Captain, Production and Operations, you will provide visible leadership, promote company safety programs, support compliance with regulations and internal policies, and help crews achieve safe, consistent performance in a long-life operation with strong future potential.
