Senior Manager - ICAAP Reporting

This role reports to the VP, Balance Sheet Risk, and is responsible for leading the end-to-end ICAAP (Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process) framework within the Bank. The position plays a critical role in ensuring robust capital planning, stress testing, and regulatory alignment in support of the Bank’s balance sheet risk management. The Senior Manager will work closely with Treasury, Finance, Business, Risk, and senior stakeholders to deliver ICAAP production, maintain supporting models, and enhance methodologies across Pillar 2 capital frameworks. The role also includes ownership of regulatory deliverables, audit remediation, and continuous improvement of ICAAP processes and governance.
