Westmount Store - Store Sales Associate

Responsibilities: - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products offered. - Drive sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience and meet operational expectations. - Maintain personal and productivity goals - Build a connection with each customer by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs. - Ability to learn and share expertise in products and trends to meet customer needs. - Maintain knowledge of all products through product trainings. - Contribute to brand awareness by assisting the Store Manager in using social media. Qualifications: - 0-3 years of retail experience - Be confident and comfortable with customers to provide them with a positive experience. - Motivated to achieve great results through running enthusiasm. - Autonomous, able to perform tasks or activities with little supervision. - Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends and holidays.
