Reporting to the Director, Clinic Operations, the Senior Manager, National Clinic Operations provides national operational leadership and end-to-end accountability for the Coverdale Infusion Clinics network across all clinic regions in Canada. This role is responsible for the financial performance and P&L of the clinic network, consistent achievement of service level indicators, patient experience outcomes, and the operational readiness of a large, geographically dispersed clinical workforce. The Senior Manager leads a team of Regional Clinic Managers and is accountable for building a high-performing regional leadership structure with strong succession depth.
