Dementia Friendly Facilitator

- Rehabilitation Worker Diploma or equivalent (2 year diploma), Personal Care Aide - Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence and a reliable vehicle that can be used for work and transporting clients - Valid First Aid/CPR/AED certification, or obtain within three months - TLR/PART training - Experience working with people living with dementia and/or disabilities - Working independently and within a team - Problem-solving, being empathetic, patient and resilient - Ability to work cooperatively with care partners and referral sources - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills - Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and database including file recordings and statistical reporting Final Candidates are required to provide satisfactory criminal record check including a vulnerable sector search.
