Emergency Medical Responder

Provides pre-hospital care for patients including assessing, patient care, transferring and transporting. Human Resources Exemption: No Education - Licensing Exam to become registered with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics - Emergency Medical Responder certificate (EMR) - Grade 10 Licenses - First Aid Certificate - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Level C Certificate (CPR) - Valid Class 4 driver's license Competencies - Interpersonal skills - Communication skills - Basic - Computer skills Knowledge and Abilities - Ability to communicate in a cross-cultural setting - Ability to work and communicate in a cross cultural setting Other Information - Official Description at: //www.working-for-health.ca/supportjobevaluation - No Guaranteed Hours - Must be available a minimum of 2 days per week.
