The Director, Software Engineering provides strategic and operational leadership for one or more software engineering pillars within Homewood Health's Digital Solutions division. This role is accountable for engineering delivery, technical direction, people leadership, and the development of scalable, secure, and reliable technology solutions that support Homewood's mental health, disability management, and workplace wellness services. The Director partners closely with Product, PMO, Architecture, and business stakeholders to ensure technology initiatives deliver measurable business and client value while meeting regulatory and compliance requirements.
