Reporting to the Community Impact Centre Manager, the Program Assistant is responsible for the implementation and development of programs at the Community Impact Centres (CIC). This role works with the Program Coordinator in the implementation of the activities related to securing, setting up, and supporting the Centre's programs, aiming to promote guests' self-sustainability and their journey towards positive change. Key responsibilities include program plan facilitation, and evaluation. This role will be working very closely with CIC Site Leads and Program Coordinator.
