Occupational Therapist

As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in helping individuals recover from occupationally related psychological and functional challenges and achieve successful return-to-work outcomes. Working within a collaborative interdisciplinary team, you will complete comprehensive functional assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-informed interventions that support clients in improving their daily functioning, work performance, and overall well-being. You will partner with employers, Workers’ Compensation Boards, referral sources, and community partners to address barriers to recovery and facilitate sustainable workplace reintegration.
