The Senior Director, Standards & Special Projects provides strategic leadership for the business enablement functions supporting Airport and Cargo Operations, including Standards, Training, Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Projects & Change. Reporting to the Vice President, Cargo and Airport Operations, this role leads a team of subject matter experts and ensures the effective integration of specialized functions to drive operational excellence, organizational performance, and sustainable change across complex frontline operations. The position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to influence and deliver results through highly experienced teams.
