Public Health Inspector Degree Senior

Assists in planning and delivering public health inspection services as well as assists in supervision and delivery of public/environmental health inspection program. This will protect individual and community wellness through health promotion activities and enforcement of legislation. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement" Human Resources Exemption: No Education - Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health (BSEH) Licenses - Valid Class 5 driver's license Memberships - Canadian Institute of Public Health Inspectors (CIPHI) Other Education and Training - Certificate in Public Health Inspection (Canada), CPHI(C) Knowledge and Abilities - Ability to interpret & apply legislation/guidelines/policy - Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.
