Senior Manager, Scheduling Operations

Reporting to the Vice President, Resident Experience & Business Systems Support, the Senior Manager, Scheduling Operations provides strategic leadership and operational oversight the centralized scheduling team that support both the Long Term Care and Retirement Divisions. This role partners with Operations, Shared Services, Labour Relations, Finance, and site leadership teams to develop and implement workforce scheduling strategies that improve efficiency, support employee experience, and enable high-quality resident and client care. The Senior Manager, Scheduling Operations drives standardized scheduling practices, the enhancement of service delivery, and ensures consistent execution of scheduling processes across the organization.
