As a Member Service Representative 1, your service to members will power their financial goals and dreams. Excellent member service at StellerVista starts with listening and caring to the needs of our members so that they can make an informed decision based on customized advice. In this role, you will help members by providing a wide variety of StellerVista products and services to meet their needs, answer questions, and assist with their day-to-day banking requirements. You will trouble shoot, and assist with members needs as they come into the branch. Plus, you will prepare and complete the required documentation quickly and accurately, resulting in an easy, stress-free experience for the member. You will assist members in different stages of their lives.
