Barista Supervisor - Full Time

This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities, however, acts as a role model and leader for the barista team. The lead barista may be asked to share messages or task assignments on behalf of the hospitality manager and is expected to bring issues promptly to the attention of the supervisor or manager. SUMMARY • Provides exceptional customer service to each guest. • Responsible for the service of coffee beverages and food within the micro markets, specializing in the brewing of hot and cold espresso-based beverages according to customer specifications. • Completes assigned side duties as required. • Maintains sanitation standards in all storage and service facilities.
