Reporting to the Associate Director, Real Estate Leasing and Development, the Manager, Real Estate Operations will oversee the operational performance of Toronto Pearson’s diverse portfolio of aviation and non-aviation commercial real estate assets. You will lead lease compliance, property operations, operating cost and recovery-rate management, tenant project oversight, and the resolution of contractual and operational issues. As a key liaison between tenants and internal partners, you will help protect revenue, mitigate operational risk, and preserve the long-term value of GTAA assets.
