Supervisor, Arrow Home, Victoria (Permanent, Full-Time)

The Supervisor, Arrow Home provides day-to-day leadership for UGM Victoria’s residential recovery program for women and families. The Supervisor leads and supports the Recovery Care Team, oversees daily operations, promotes consistent recovery-oriented and trauma-informed practice, and helps maintain a safe, compassionate, and accountable environment for participants and staff. This is a permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) position. The starting range for this position is $30.40 to $33.22 per hour.
