Nurse A - Registered Nurse General Duty Nurse

Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care. Active participation in the model of care that integrates quality improvement principles, lean methodology, best practice, advanced technology and patient family centered care. Responsible for promoting organizational mission, vision and values by providing safe quality nursing care to clients. Human Resources Exemption: No Education - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Other Education and Training - Nursing diploma is acceptable - Critical Care Nursing Advanced Education Certificate Competencies - Computer skills - Interpersonal skills - Communication skills - Time management skills - Organizational skills Knowledge and Abilities - Ability to work independently - Ability to mentor others.
